blue shadows on objects in world when looking around

ive got a blue shadow from objects in the game whenever i look around.   not sure whats causing it help would be great

 

specs:

intel i7 2600 3.4ghz

nvidia 660ti

16gb gskill ram 1333mhz

 

other things: 

dual monitors one is a dynex tv the onther is asus vg248qe

 

i think the asus monitor has something to do with it but im really not sure.

 

it looks like the game is in 3d but i made sure nvidia 3d vision is off
