Has anyone ever seen a Ballistic Vesst

I found this on the dayz DB wiki, and apparently there is a vest called the "Ballistic vest", i've put 200+ hours into this game, never found one of them. (Not the ballistic helmet incase you were wondering) i've found four Press vests, got one on my char currently, and a anti-stab one on me aswel( first time i've found it) 

 

If anyone has a screenshot of the vest it'd be very nice if you showed me it or posted it somewhere, i can't find it anywhere
