Save character position whilst in vehicle.

Just a small suggestion,

If you are sitting in a passenger seat of a car, it doesn't ever save your current position.

At the moment, if you were sitting in a car, and you disconnected, or froze, ping too high etc, when you log back in, you end up being in the place where you got into the vehicle.

This is particularly annoying if you make trips accross the map, and get kicked over half way..

Fix: Force a character save every minute or so whilst in a vehicle. That way, if you get kicked you won't end up miles away from the car and the people in the car can just wait 30seconds for you to log back in.

Apparently saves character position in the PBX-boat. Costs us some very good weapons when people spawn at the bottom of the sea and makes using boats very risky.
