Sure I read somewhere this is a feature but I cannot see the effect in game.

I travel light usually with child backpack at most, a little food and just enough ammo (1 extra 40 clip and under 100 rounds).  few med supplies.  My mate is a hoarder so largest backpack stuffed to the brim with protector cases stuffed full.

We both run at the same speed and can turn on the spot at same speed.  Surely with him carrying more weight and such a large backpack should have an effect and these things.

I understand it is my choice to equip as little as possible and I'm not asking to be super speedy compared to a weighted character but I should have more maneuverability and turn quicker surely.

Hang about it was late caught me out there, you missed my point.  Yeah stamina will maybe decrease faster, what im saying is the speed at which he runs and also turning speed both not effected by stamina.
