Can my new computer run DayZ?

Hello DayZ Community! I posted twice already about this, but recently I got a new computer and it looks like it can run DayZ on LOW but still, to make sure before I buy,  I want to make sure it can run.

That is quite possibly the most basic desktop I've ever seen.

 

It may actually struggle to play Solitaire.

Okay, ive been told that I can upgrade my Video card and run it fine. What do you guys suggest?

You would have to throw it into a dumpster and start again as that case doesn't even have room for an internal PSU.

Add a GPU & you may be able to play it.

 

I wouldn't expect 30+fps anywhere except the vast green empty hills.

Even with a brand spanking new $3k+ Gaming rig you still won't get decent FPS in the cities.
I wouldn't go to far overboard as the game is just not Optimized right now.
