So I glitched into a wall, and now Im stuck

So I got "pushed" by a friend through a wall in a prison building at the NE airfield. And Now I seem to be stuck in here - is there a way to get out?

YES there is a way and the same thing happened to me in the same place.  You probably came through the wall straight down the hall back to the main door like me - and I could not get out for the life of me.  Here is what you want to do - you know the little room next to where you are stuck (one of the valid rooms you can loot).  go up against that wall in the corner and keep pressing V to go over - keep doing that and eventually you will find yourself in that loot room next to where you are stuck.  Hope this works for you!  It drove me insane for an hour before I figured out how to get out!

you would find many similar posts if you looked it up.

 

But there is help!

Options:

1:)  run around and vault against the wall sooner or later you will break free

2.) Stand near to wall log out - log in to a server with high ping and vault while spawning
