I currently have 4 wheels and a jerry can but I can't find any car to repair

I often come across car wrecks but I don't have any optiosn to repair it.

Wich cars can be repaired?

I've read somewhere that only a few servers actually have vehicles enabled on the map.

All servers that have an instance id of less than 2000 have non-air vehicles spawning on them. A handful of those also have hueys.
