The CPU is alright but you'll be throttled by the GT 620. That's a very, very low spec card. You'd just about run the game but you'd be struggling with fairly low FPS on low settings.

 

DayZ standalone is a standalone game, i.e. it is not a mod and does not require any other games to play. You can find it here...
