Bogart (DayZ) 8 Posted February 25, 2014 I have a question regarding Hardcore Servers. I apologize if this has been addressed before, I have searched the forums and was unable to find any answer. A couple of co-workers and I run a Hardcore Server and I know the obvious difference between Hardcore vs Regular is that you cannot use 3rd person in Hardcore. So my question is, is that the only difference? Are there any additional differences planned between Hardcore vs. Regular? If so, where can I find this information?? Thanks for the info! There have been a few suggestions and hints from Dean and/or the Devs about haveing tougher Zs and modified loot spawn %, but nothing like that has been implemented yet. TBH, I think the locked 1PP is enough by itself, as that deters the bulk of the problems I see on the Regular servers. YMMV. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
