so 2~3 story spawns loots i noticed

 

but random 1 story houses seem to have really low or no spawn rate

Wood cabins almost never spawn loot. The bi-colored houses, one part yellow with a stripe spawns a lot of food. The brick houses always spawn good loot, and the white houses with the like green colored, covered balcony type things, they have pianos in them. Those are the best.
