DayZ SA Can't load main menu/character screen

Hello everybody! Today I came up with the following problem: once I start DayZ SA, I have, as usual, Bohemia logo, and after that DayZ logo, but then absolutely nothing else happens! I have black screen with a mouse loading cursor. I checked my processes, DayZ is working, my CPU, RAM are just fine, I simply can not load the main menu. I tried several times with breaks. BTW my Internet works fine, checked it. I've read somewhere, that my character can be lost in a database, so that is why I can not load. Anyway, I have no idea with that issue, hope you guys can help me!

Had a similar problem a few times. Used CTRL+Alt+DEL and brought up the task manager. DayZ decided then to kick itself back into action. YMMV.

Tried that as well, still nothing, but the manager says DayZ is working. Tried relogging to Steam and stuff like that - same result. Maybe just had a bad day...
