Stuck on windowed mode

I was playing today and accidentally hit some combination of keys on my keyboard which turned my game into windowed mode. I set it back to default in video settings, but then when I restart my game it is back in windowed mode. Windowed mode has also made my game too laggy to play with 10 fps in city. 

 

Any ideas on how to solve this?

Easiest way to fix video issues with DayZ that I've found is to delete the DayZ.cfg file in you Documents\DayZ folder. This will remove any settings in error and be reconstructed when you re-run the game. You will have to reapply any non-default adjustments you made again, of course.
