bleeding, hungry, thirsty, fracture, and soaked

Recommended Posts

Sure has been raining a lot in DayZ land.  Well, off in experimental, you can get soaked.  I don't know what it means, but it isn't good, and now I'm afraid of the rain.  And my arm was fractured!

You get that a lot when they include a new item and/or feature that they want testing. They tend to up the spawn rates of them to ensure they are in you face all the time. Not a bad thing IMHO.

As to the 'soaked' icon. It's just telling you you've been out in the rain too long. ATM I don't think they have it tied into the illnesses that getting wet and cold can cause. Just get somewhere out of the rain for a while and it should go away after a time.

As to the fracture, it can be fixed with a shot of morphine or with a splint made of sticks and bandages. Each are hard enough to come by to make them problematic.

Oh, and ignore FrankieG. He hasn't learnt how to stack ammo properly yet, so you can't take him seriously!

I can't find the "cursed", but it should be there, between hungry and bleeding...

What exactly does an arm fracture do for your character.

I'm guessing you can't use two handed items, but can anyone confirm?
