Joining Experimental

Recommended Posts

Right click on Day Z in steam then click properties. In the box that pops up will be some tabs, click "Beta". On the drop down menu is "Experimental". Click that and let it download.

Note that you'll have to find experimental servers if you intend to test. There is usually only about four up at a time, you'll know they are the correct ones if they have a little green dot on the left.

Also note: Experimental is not stable and can sometimes crash a lot. Many people on experimental are there testing out features, or messing about to test other things.

[EDIT: Oh, I re-read that. I let the server bar refresh and load up everything. Then sort the list. For me the experimental servers pop up at the top every time. Hopefully that works for you as well.]
