Server Hosting HELP

For the last week or so , my friend has been trying to host a server but he cant get the database up and working ... hes tried contacting the dev team but were unresponsive.

If you are able to host your own server or able to help then PM me or reply to this thread.

If you are able to host a server for me with a working database then i will be will to pay a certain amount of money for a month ?.
