Is there any way to scroll down a note?

This is a question about filled up papers. It is possible to add text to a full paper but new records appear out of bottom border. Is there any way to view the whole paper?

Page up/down, "[","]", mouse scroll, home/end didn't work for me; no appropriate controls were found in the options.

Maybe it's time to use another sheet of paper.
