Officer25 54 Posted February 17, 2014 The hell happened to canteens? I haven't found one in ages...It seems water bottles have replaced them, even in military loot? Ineedscoffee 464 Posted February 17, 2014 Also, the three story police/schools/office building spawns them on the first floor. Enter in the front, straight ahead of you is a pantry styled room.
