game performance

I just started playing and my fps is pretty low.  It sits around 25 on low settings.

That is HP's build sheet for the computer.  I've changed the video card to a gtx 550 and put a 520 psu in.  My question is if I upgrade my video card to a gtx660 will I see any performance gains or am I too bottlenecked with the processor?

The 660 is a considerable improvement over the 550, but I think you're right and the CPU going to be throttling system performance something horrible.
