Just lost half my stuff...

Everything in the lower half of my backpack just dissapeared after this hotfix went up. Is there any way to get it back, or am I screwed?

I have heard that various houses around Chernaraus hold various and sundry items... mayhaps you should go looking there to reclaim your lost gear.

The only time I've kept a character but lost gear was when I had stuff in my hands and went to go pick berries. My stuff dropped inside the bush and I could see it but not grab it. Worst part? Not a single berry was found that day.

 

Losses happen, gives you a reason to head back into towns and loot.
