How to Bounty Hunt in the game right now:

 

1. Get tons of paper and a pen.

 

2. Write WANTED notes with name (if known), last known location, gun, and what the target looks like. Offer a reward of ammo or something, and where they can pick it up.

 

3. Distribute notes throughout highly populated area.

 

4. Get to reward pickup area, set a perimiter and wait.

 

5. OPTIONAL: Have a middle man stalk the target to see if he's actually been killed by the bounty hunter.
