I lost all my loot?

I had all my slots filled up. guns, ammo, food. I re-logged into the game and I started at zero. This happened to me before and I switched servers and it worked. Why is this happening?

Some servers have problems with connecting to the main hive, where the database is in. These servers are not collecting and sending information to the database properly, thus, you spawn at zero.
