I found a house fell through floor and i am stuck

Spawned at the ocean ran left towards some house got chased by zombies ran up hill towards the forest when i got up the hill turned 1/2 right ran into the forest and through an orchard where i found a house as soon as i went through the second door fell through the floor into basement where i am stuck i cant get out.

How do i get out there is a glitch i cant kill my self when i respawn i go to same spot take long time to die

Try;

1. Crouching going prone

2. Running (double w) at the walls

3. pressing v at the walls.
