Skipping gunshot sounds?

When Im with my friends I often notice that sometimes my client just doesnvt register their gunshot sounds.. This is especially evident with the mosin. They can stand right next to me, shoot, and I ont hear it sometimes. Anyone else had the same experience?

I experience this quite often. The sound is this game is jank atm.

Yes it is a known bug and it isn't just the mosin. All sounds are terribly bugged atm :(

The sound is absolutely terribad atm.   How fun is it when you are getting shot and dont even hear the shots fired?  A shot will be fired to my east but ill hear the sound in my left (west) headphone speaker.  Not to mention all the random sounds that play when you are in the woods.  Its obviously not a priority at this time to fix.
