High FPS when starting game, lowers after playing for 15/20 minutes.

So when I startup DayZ and join a server I get nice 40-60 FPS then after playing it drops randomly and I get 5 to 15 FPS. Not sure what this is but if anyone can help that would be great!

(Please no, "GAME IS IN ALPHA BLAH BLAH BLAH!".)

Nothing you can really do imo. Until the devs make some improvements.
