so i have yet to play the actual game, due to me finding out about this game yesterday and currently in the process of downloading ARMA II: CO. Anyway I imagine you find those military uniforms/gear/NVG's inside a military compound but i also imagine that those bases are heavily guarded and/or defended. I am in the us army infantry right now as my job, stationed in germany. I spent a year in afghanistan fighting in villages and mountains and doing daily foot patrols, i have the proper mentality for surviving in this kind of artificial environment. I can help anyone infiltrate these places, also I play Counter Strike Source on a professional level so you should now know that my aiming abilities and reaction time is unmatched. I do realize that it will take me some time to get the hang of the in game physics and shot registry but that should only take me a few hours AT THE MOST, add me on steam husS is my name, my profile pic is a pic of me in afghanistan holding an m4 in front of a MAT-V(a humvee on steroids). becoming a bandit seems to be the only pliable route in this environment, the only problem is finding other bandits to thrive with.

Nice video Griff. Real attention to cinematic detail (as opposed to Tupac montage of you shooting MAK noobs in the head with a SAW) and to the atmosphere.

Probably see you around in game at some point, hopefully not at the other end of my barrel.

You'll find that reflexes and aiming are about 5% of staying alive. Applying real tactics and sight lines and FOVs and forward planning are the real way to stay alive for a long time. Good aim is always a help, but to be a really good bandit you have to be socially adept. Without someone covering your back, you're a goner.

Not to mention ARMA's mouse smoothing is pretty crude. You'll never have the fluid feeling aiming as you have in other games. It's hard enough to hit those damn zig zagging zombies with a shotgun!!

This is something I never liked about ARMA, the camera feels clunky at best.

you can scope in with NV on? WTF?! D: is this the way it works on all servers, regardless of difficulty settings?

thats why you can turn smoothing all the way down. also reduce aiming deadzone to 0 and you have counter strike when in first person.

eventhough I only got this game for dayz I still win most fights.

Only works with the DMR and the M24 camo sniper rifles
