Where is scene complexity in the Day Z settings?

I have checked out multiple videos, and seen where the setting should be listed, however this text entry doesn´t exist in my folder...despite the fact that everyone else apparently has it. 

 

Has some update removed this setting or something, or can someone help me with this?

It is 'objects' from game graphic menu.
