Can't respawn

Hi All,

 

Since this morning i have this annoying bug/glitch.

I was playing on a server, broke my leg and wanted to kill myself, so i crawled in the water.

 

Now i can't respawn and everytime i log into a serverroom it drops me in the water (with my gear and broken leg) and i die a couple of seconds later. When i want to respawn the button isn't highlighted and therefore can't click it.

 

Anyone have a clue what to do? :(
