Odd non reacting issue

Hello community. I've been playing DayZ for a while now including the mod version and am currently playing the Standalone version. I've come across an issue that's been plaguing me for quite a while now. Whenever I would log into a server, no matter the population or spawn location It would either take an incredibly long time or not respond at all. By respond I mean I could walk and run but zombies don't react to me, people don't, and I can't take out weapons or pick anything up or open doors or anything. Just run and walk. Its been happening ever since I downloaded the game. I've tried deactivating my anti virus, disabling real time, putting it as an exception in the firewall, turning the firewall off, I've tried validating the files, I've run command checks and everything and nothing seems to be able to assist in the issue. Everything is set to open and I have no issues playing other multiplayer games. Its really really frustrating so I'm reaching out to the community now, Help?! T.T
