Bug or Stupidity?

Recommended Posts

First off, I didn't put this on the feedback tracker cuz I haven't even seen it yet, so I want to know if this is just me or it is a bug, if it is a bug I will put it up there, so don't get too pissy.

Whenever I shut down my DayZ game, it keeps running, I can't shut it down either, doesn't work in the task manager, can't play it because its already "running" and also can't shut down steam because of it, so I have to restart my comp everytime I want to play it again, if this is a bug please tell me and I will put it on feedback tracker and report it, if its happened to you before, please tell me how to fix it without it happening to me again. *Note* normally when I shut it down I put my computer to sleep afterwards, if that has anything to do with it, thank you.

Sounds like a bug. I haven't had this problem yet. Happens everytime you shut it down?

If bandwidth isnt a problem to you, I would try deleting and reinstalling Dayz.

If it is a problem, do a "Verify File Integrity" from Steam (right click dayz, properties -> look for the button)

But I gotta be honest... sounds like a Windows problem more than anything else...
