Recent patch causing frozen please wait,unconscious,you are dead

As of the recent patch that was to fix the issues of logging in and being unconscious ,dead,or stuck on the please wait screen has now caused my character profile to be stuck in this limbo.Many people before the latest hot fix had this issue but not I have this issue post patch and its unresolved for several others I know as well. We can not play and have tried many things including clean install verify game files,hitting re-spawn changing to low /high pop servers.Changing to low high ping servers. It appears if you hit escape to go into the menu you can see that you are in a debug forest or debug ocean and are unable to do anything. I tried making a bug report but for some reason I can log into the feedback section as its not taking my account or password. Any information guys on if this is being addressed or known as of the latest patch? Currently I can't play at all or test.

i was stuck unconscious, i logged out while unconscious and when i came back as a new spawn i was still out.  I hit respawn and the server killed me, then i was stuck as dead.  I tried respawning but still stuck on dead.  I changed to a hardcore server and then back to a normal server, and there I was at the beach in solinichy :-)
