Server admin restart after getting killed

I was playing on http://arcsurvival.clanservers.com and I was looting North East Airfield and then I got shot at. I waited on the top of the military prison and eventually killed the guy who shot at me, then about 20 seconds later I got the yellow chain and then the server went down. I logged back in and immediately got killed. I guess I killed the admin and he just didnt want that.

 

Is there anything to be done about this or "Its alpha deal with it"

Nope, it is the newest fad to circumvent the "No PVE Servers" rule.

It isn't allowed to kick players after they killed someone, but the rules don't say you can't restart the server afterwards.

 

Report the server to the provider anyway.

Report them.

Additionally, if you kill someone and the server immediately restarts, don't bother rejoining that server.

Report and move on. Unlikely they can do much since it isn't EXPRESSLY forbidden to restart your server, but report it none-the-less.

Nah, im going to track them down and kill them again :) I dont know how to report though, never reported a server before, thanks for the replies.

If you only have the IP of a server and don't know who hosts them, you can often find it out using a tool like whois.

Fortunately there are some websites providing the same service, eg:

http://who.is/

quite common when you slaughter admin had it a few times .

Yeah had this happen to me, guy started shooting at some unarmed guys and I nailed the guy in a fight and almost immediacy the server restarted

Also happened again later after we stormed a building and killed two guys, one of which had the same gear as the guy I shot earlier

Make it so once the restart button is pressed it does a countdown of 3 mins and at the end of the count down the server restarts.

Prevents admins from getting their stuff back via cheating.
