I'd heard of this happening, though I haven't found anything that fixes it yet. I'll try googling a bit. Until then, see if you have some bleach or something in your inventory and drink it. Wow...that looks absurd reading it back, but no joke. Try to kill yourself with something in your inventory, or you could start swimming. I'll try to come back with a fix!
