Besides being in the wrong forum: What exactly does this video show? A griefing idiot who figured out what mildot he has to use after lying on this hill for a few hours and shooting people who are no threat?

Actually... Bennet is absolutely correct. 800 meters is the longest, "Effective" range of the DMR. You can actually hit people beyond that if you are skilled.

its over 800meters. which is actually the max range zeroed in. and also all the weapons in this mod have lower damage than any other mod.

Its overwatch. you think that people are friendly? its a mod pretty much on deathmatch. thats why guns are EVERYWHERE. but thanks for posting a comment. :)
