can't take out my weapons or any item !

hey guys i have a problem with the game i can't see other players and i can take my weapon out on my hand or any item but my friends see me moving and taking my weapon out and every one can see me but i cant see them its like a huge desync

and i have slow internet connection but i play the normal mode ok and other online games

dose any one have this problem please help me :|
