Hmm so here i was killed by some ghost i guess :P...
It happens when i was prone on top of building (Very safe position i believe that nobody could see me).
and when i respawned i went to that same place to recover all my stuff ..... but i couln't get anything from my
dead body lying under the building on ground.... 

In Previous game while i was walking Downstair, as i reached the ground like after 1 step i suddenly got cripple..
 
Fighting against these "Bugs" is more challenging than bandits and zombies....
