Logging back in, correct hive, no server error = new player

One of my team mates played all day but on 2 occasions on hardcore server's he logged out , ate, came back logged in and his character fresh spawned. - no error messages whatsoever , forgive me for raising this if it has already, is anyone else experiencing this ?

Maybe he got killed if he logged out in hot zone.

 

There is new anti combat log system, where you stay in game 30 seconds after logging out.

I'll go with what Frosti said, don't belive in safe spots to log out.  Other people will be thinking your exact same thought, and might log in where you log out for example.

 He probably got killed during that thirty second despawn.

Same, server restarted, logged back into it. wipe. =/ *shurgs* alpha, what ya gonna do.

it's happened again today there was only 3 of us in a server, we quit to join a high pop server, everyone spawned in ok, except for him who spawned a 'new spawn' ?
