Disappearing Containers

I have on two separate occasions logged in to find containers missing from my inventory.  The first time a protective case, and just now logging on after the patch an ammo can.  Both times I had items\ammo in them. Anyone else experiencing this and is there a way to prevent it?

I used to have that issue. I sit still for a few minutes before I log off to give the hive time to play catchup. It seems to correct the problem.

I once lost my pants, holster and shoes when i logged out to counter some lag. I was pissed, almost like i walked into Logan or Caboolture (really sketchy places in my AO and i live in one) and got mugged without me knowing.
