Different models for notes/paper

So let me start off by saying that I NEVER ever pickup paper because its useless(to me).. but since writing on paper was fixed a few patches ago, it got me interested in finding notes people leave behind. but since all paper with or without writing looks the same, I always tend to skip it. So it would be nice to have new models for paper with lines of text across the item, that way we can tell if there's writing in it or not.

(Edit: an option to delete our own posts in the forums would come in handy!)
