The horror... the horror

Okay everybody, I have had some problems since the last update, I know it's in Alpha and all that and i'm not complaining about my purchase, I would just like to play the game again.

I've written down some of the problems and I would greatly appreciate any help given to me...

 

1. My startup screen looks like this;

 

2. Whenever I join any servers I can only pick up items the first minute, then everything freezes and I cannot pick up items or open doors, even eat from my inventory is impossible.

 

3. I have very much rubberbanding for some reason and I can run through doors.

 

4. My ping is sometimes up around 200-300 even though my internet is superb normally.

 

I would like some help or advise if anyone has it :)
I would like to be able to play my favorite game again :D
