[Server Browser Optimalizations] Double-Click Speed & Favorites Filter

I have found two rather annoying things in the server browser.

1st The speed of what the server browser considers double-clicking is bad. Rather so often have I joined servers simply because the browser considers two clicks that aren't that close to each other a double-click. (Please use windows settings here). Takes rather long to join a wrong server, load, log out, the find your original server and join for the loading to start again.

2nd The filter should not be applied to the favorites tab as I do want to search the regular browser tab for certain tokens, I do still want to see every server I got on my favorite list.
