hop for antibiotics or respawn?

zombie ran through a wall and punched me twice, first punch made me bleed, second gave me an infection

I've been server hopping for antibiotics but it seems like a waste of time. Do they even spawn in the medical boxes?

At this rate I may as well just lose my m14 and respawn. What's the chance of antibiotics spawning, 0.5% per hospital?

Im not sure about the rate but me and a buddy were playing when he go infected so we went to cherno and check military aid tents and the hospital with no hope but we got enough blood packs to keep him up. We then ran over to Elektro and got into the hospital to find one pack of antibiotics. It may have been luck but I have seen them spawn 3 times before. That time being the only time needed. If you have some good stuff I would stick onto it and keep looking. Or just go drop somewhere you can maybe get back to fairly easy. :/ Goodluck man

the chance to get infected by a zombie is 0.1% which is 19x as small as the chance of finding antibiotics. Not to mention that i have 1 sitting in my backpack and left 2 at the hospital

I had the same problem early today looking for Morphine. I hopped to about 10 different servers looking for some at a hospital, but only found one.

By the time I left town I didn't even notice I was bleeding and got down to 3.5k blood. I didn't run into any zombies so I must have been shot, but I didn't hear any fire.

I have found 2 antibiotics at the grocery store in Stary.

Bobicon, some times you run into an object and it makes you bleed, it's a weird bug apperently.I had an infection twice just let your blood go down until it stops on its own.

It's not like the infection will kill you, just have to deal with coughing.

in the 50 hours or so that i've played since they added antibiotics i've never seen them, neither have I ever been infected. useless mechanic is useless.

I have never seen them in 40 hours and I hit adecent number of hospitals/grocery.

Ive looted antibiotics twice both in Electro Hospital from the Boxes, but i was there so often that i cant even count it. I think its so rare like a high end weapon in the barracks
