I was going to do some performance testing just to see where I can play the game where it looks good but keeping a steady fps.  Sadly fraps is a cpu hog and really doesn't help for the issue.  Anyway, here is what unfolds..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H57M90Gp_T8

 

Moral of the story, fraps is a CPU hog and you should never rush a guy armed with an M4 while using a crowbar unless you are very sure you are going to knock his ass out.

 

PS.  I forgot to have my external audio turned on so you can't hear me offering the two players food.
