Thanks for the info.

My only "fix" so far, was for when sun was shining at me even through buildings and hills.

 

I had to simply delete and install the game again and I updated drivers to last beta (I got Radeon HD7870).

All worked nicely, but day or two later, it seems I've got the sun glare bug again...will try reinstall game once again.

Disable... Clouds... My best advice.. Changed my fps in Electro from 25-35 to 35-45 fps stable!

Running on a i5 3570k, gtx 660ti.

Cloud disabling worked for all my buddies too. Almost as fatal as Ambient Oclusion tbh..
