Spawn unconscious

I was playing dayz last night and had to go so I logged off. Now when I get back on and try to join a server, I spawn unconscious. I have been waiting for a while now and I know that if you leave while unconscious you die. I don't want to lose my items, can anybody help?

Somebody probably found you within the 30seconds of logging out.. If you know exactly where you are you can make a post for someone to bring you an epipen, bandage and a defib just in case and they may be able to revive you... if not you probably will have to accept death.. sorry bro.
