Help Gpu drop to 0% and lag ever couple seconds

Running 2 western digital in raid. 

i5 760 overclocked to 3.8ghz

8gb ram

nvidia gtx660

 

Just got the game, i have everything set on low. did the changes to the cfg file. even the run properties. and i cant play because every 3 seconds the game lags hard and my gpu usage drops out. at most while running my cpu and ram usage hit 50% and i use 17 percent of my graphics memory.

is there anything to fix the gpu drop out.  it doesnt happen with any other game.

yeah they have identified the problem and are sorting it out..

also my brother has this game on a single hard drive.

quad core (dont remember wich) 

4gb ram 

and gt 640

 

he is also having the same exact problem so im thinking its game related? 

we have good internet so i dont think thats the problem.

fps bug fixed on experimental fix will be on other servers on wednesday
