My suggestion

Hope you all understand what Im trying to say. :)

 

Chracter: With all the masks and hats, it would certainly be nice if you could add some color to lubricate the face. Kinda like football players. 

 

Crafting: What is the tape thought in the game? How would it be if you could stick together 30s or 40s magazines, similar to the 60s (30/30) magazines which consists of two 30 magazines basically. Or if you find any head lamp, but instead has a flashlight, this may stick adhesive tape on the headgear. 

 

Character/Actions: How would it be if you also have to go to the toilet? Who eats and drinks must also go to the loo. Sounds logical, right? Someone who does not go to the toilet, peeing in your pants. The pants and their contents then change its state. For example: From Prestine to Worn. If you have a badly damaged box with food in it, so the state changes in ruins and is therefore no longer be used.

To your first point, I believe face paint, like camouflage face paint, is going to be implemented

In regards to urination .............................................................. that's a bit to far, don't ya think?
