Unverified guid?

Hi guys it seems that when people try to join my new dayz server they get kicked for "unverified guid" ? It says this in the console:

1:33:02 PM | Player #2 banana (xx.xxx.xxx.xx:xxxx) connected
1:33:03 PM | Player #2 banana - GUID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (unverified)
1:33:03 PM | Player #2 banana disconnected
 
And ingame it says that the player banana was kicked off
 
Player banana connected
REality: "Player banana kicked off"
Player banana disconnected
 
?

What could be the problem and how do i fix it?
