Breaking legs?

Is it just me or have others also had random broken legs while inside buildings? Once was walking up stairs in the NE airfield. The other was walking around the police station. However I have also been experiencing sever FPS tearing/lag and sometimes complete freezing for 1-2 seconds. During the lag however, I have noticed it is possible to duplicate items, including entire weapons with ammo/mods while performing certain actions. I'm not sure if this is a bug/glitch or just due to lag?

Ran into a house in some town off of green mountain and slipped on an ice cube and broke my leg. Dropped all my gear in a barn, suicided, ran back and picked it up. If you fall 2m you will break your leg, I think its a bug. BTW there is a serious memory leak which is why your fps is so bad and your cpu usage is at 80-90%.
