Vehicles Not Spawning 1.8

I'm having a problem on my server I'm hoping you can help me with.  It is a relatively new server that has been up for 10 days now.

 

There are a number of vehicles that have not spawned

• MH6J Heli
• V3s
• Bus - either of them
• HMMWV - rare so maybe ok
• SUV - very rare and maybe doesn't exist, but the config.cpp file indicates it should spawn

 

I've also had some odd deals with heli's jumping a bit on restart and blowing up, but doubt that is relaated.

 

In my .rpt file on startup there are a few odd lines that worry me.

 

This is for every vehicle that has spawned - guessing normal

This is before it lists the hive write on all my vehicles on startup.  it does it for every vehicle that is in the world
