Try to jump, get on the ground (prone) and try Q&E next to the wall. I had similar problem and I couldn't get out, thank god some players noticed me and they shot me.

I have been stuck in so many dead rooms, fallen through so many stairs  my friends have begun to expect it from me but I have found the best way to get out.

 

Go to the shortest point between you and outdoors, which ever wall is closest to freedom from the building/ship. Exit the server. Join a high ping server (75-80) high enough to be slow but not so high as to not load you in and immediately run towards freedom. The buildings will take a second to load and you will move through them as they are not yet there. Once outside, you will now have to wait 2-3 minutes or whatever and load into your original server. I have been able to escape by just loading into the same server and running but I find occasionally it loads faster than I can escape.
